What we collect

• Account data — username, email, password (hashed), and your billing status.
• Interview transcripts — what you and the AI interviewer say in a session, used to score you.
• Code buffers — the contents of the scratch and solution editors, saved as part of the session.
• Scorecards — pillar scores, evidence quotes pulled from your transcript, and reports.
• Basic usage logs — e.g. which stages a session moved through.

Recordings are off at launch

We do not record or store audio or video of your sessions. Your voice is transcribed in real time to text; only the text is kept. If this ever changes we will ask first and update this page.

How long we keep transcripts

By default transcripts (with their code buffers and scorecards) are retained for 90 days, then deleted. You can opt out of retention — delete-after-scoring instead — via the toggle on the config page; the choice is stored on your profile.

Third parties we use

We use a small set of processors strictly to run the service. They process your data on our instructions and are not allowed to sell or reuse it:

• OpenAI — real-time speech and language processing for the interviewer.
• DeepSeek — language processing used by interview policy and scoring.
• LiveKit — real-time audio transport for the live interview room.

No advertising networks, no data brokers, no sale of your data.

Your choices

You can delete your account from the account deletion page; deleting removes your sessions, transcripts, code buffers, and profile. Before then you can flip the retention opt-out at any time on the config page.
