The default: 90 days

Interview transcripts, code buffers, and scorecards are kept for 90 days from the end of each session, then deleted. This window lets you review your scorecards and track progress across sessions.

Opting out of retention

Prefer not to have your transcripts stick around? Flip the retention toggle on the config page. With the opt-out on, transcripts are deleted as soon as your scorecard is computed. The choice is stored as a flag on your profile and applies to every new session.

Audio and video

Not stored at all — recordings are off at launch. Voice is transcribed in real time; only text is retained.

Everything else

• Account data — kept while your account is active; deleted when you delete your account.
• Billing records — kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Usage logs — short-lived operational logs, rotated automatically.
